QUESTION
If you want to see black people really doing it – living the dream, then you should go to America. You can see black people owning jewelery shops, being high up in corporate America, being in positions of political power like Colin Powell too. We have Bill Morris over here, but he isn’t half as powerful as Colin Powell. I think it will be years before we have our equivalent to Colin Powell. — HG

Absolutely, though many black folks do not take advantage of these opportunities. I defintely have, and I went from poor to upper-middle class through education, strong conservative moral values and a lot of hard work.
