Is use of the term ‘nigger’ used mainly by younger generations (under thirties) or could people from sixty upwards also use it freely in conversation?

OK…so we come to this.
First I must say “African Americans” do not call each other niggers/nigga–which by the way in my opinion is all the same. SOME African Americans do this. Yes, it is mostly the younger generation. It is NOT always used affectionately…it is used in anger as well–> not to mention the fact many of our ancestors were killed/burn/raped all in the name of that word, regardless of it’s “derivative”, so to me the word nigger/nigga is one and the same and is NOT okay coming out of anyone’s mouth, it’s an insult.
Now my question for YOU is this—acutally there are a few:
Why do some Ethiopian people call each other (particularly darker skin Ethiopians.. “baria” and other Africans and other black people who are non habesha?
Why to Kenyans/Nigerians call African Americans…and our carribean brothers and sisters “Akata”?
